Authentic flavours from around the world

I have been a very traditional woman during my childhood and teenage years, with street food being the only food I would ever considered to enjoy.
During my university time food was pretty much the same approach, yet I started to grow up and meet other cultures.
So I became a bit more curious of all things: art, culture, fashion and not to forget food.
My life brought me to live in some diverse part of the world: London - England, Sharm el Sheikh - Egypt, few places in Italy, Bucharest - Romania, and sure enough in few parts of Indonesia.
Homesick of my heritage in food, I wanted to cook the food of my childhood, so I became more enticed into cooking.
I had the advantage of meeting a great person, Chef Cezar, whom had started his cooking career long before, yet still young and eager to impress.
He had travelled in many places and cooked; cooked many dishes; worked in many kitchens; collaborated with other great chefs.
My luck was that he was looking for change. Chef Cezar was in between being a chef de cousine in a 5 star hotel or being a Celebrity Chef whom people would recognise. I was his willing "guinea-pig" and for 6 months he tought me intensively all he knew about food from around the world.
My luck was that I am enthusiastic about food and wanted to know how to cook (not necessarily to eat, but to excel in the art of flavours).
So now here I am, wanting to share the flovours from around the world, not as a mix and mash or fusion, but as real flavours slightly adapted to the local palate, for people to enjoy, to like, to learn of, to discuss, to evolve and maybe to dislike.
